Acceptance

By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If any provision is unacceptable, discontinue use of the exchange immediately.

Eligibility

Users must be at least eighteen years old and legally permitted to transact in their jurisdiction. Sanctioned individuals and residents of restricted territories are not permitted to register.

Use of Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations. Attempting to manipulate rates, launder funds, or exploit technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, source code, and content displayed on the platform remain the property of the operator. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is not permitted.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. Market volatility, network congestion, and third-party outages may affect execution quality or timing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or endangers other users. Outstanding obligations survive termination, including indemnity and dispute-resolution clauses.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect legal, technical, or operational developments. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
